Yes! Our guides speak Portuguese, English, French, German and Spanish fluently, so we’re well-equipped to accommodate international guests.
Where can I park when visiting Jump 2 Adventure in Benagil?
Guests can find convenient parking right near Jump 2 Adventure’s office, including a dedicated parking lot and nearby street parking. Since spots fill up quickly during busy periods, we suggest arriving early to ensure parking availability.

Are the tours suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our tours are designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. Our experienced guides provide clear instructions and all necessary safety equipment, ensuring a fun and stress-free experience — even if it’s your first time kayaking.
How long is the tour?
Our Benagil kayak tours typically last between 1 to 3 hours. This includes a safety briefing, transportation, guided cave exploration, and plenty of time for photo opportunities.
What equipment is provided?
We supply high-quality kayaks, paddles, and life jackets for all participants. We recommend bringing sunscreen, swimwear, and a towel to ensure you're comfortable and prepared for the adventure.
Can I bring children?
Yes, children aged 4 and up are welcome on our tours. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and will be provided with a properly fitted life jacket for their safety.
Are there weight or height limits?
Our kayaks are designed to accommodate a wide range of body types. However, if you weigh over 100kg or require special equipment, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the best possible experience for you.
Can I take photos during the tour?
Definitely! You’re welcome to capture the experience. We recommend using a waterproof camera or a phone with a waterproof case. Our guides are also happy to take group photos at scenic spots along the way.
Is the tour safe?
Yes — your safety is our top priority. All of our guides are certified in first aid and maritime rescue, and we follow strict safety protocols at every stage. We also carefully monitor weather and sea conditions to ensure each tour runs safely and smoothly.
Do I need to be in good shape to join the tour?
You don’t need to be an athlete, but a basic level of fitness is recommended. Participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim, as kayaking involves moderate physical activity.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?
Your safety comes first. If weather or sea conditions are unfavorable, we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a full refund — your choice. We’ll always keep you informed ahead of time and work with you to find the best solution.
Is insurance included in the tour?
Yes. All our tours include personal accident and civil liability insurance, so you can enjoy your experience with peace of mind.
What safety measures are in place for medical emergencies?
All our guides are certified in first aid and trained to respond quickly and effectively. We follow strict emergency protocols and stay in close contact with nearby medical facilities to ensure prompt assistance if needed.
What happens if sea conditions are unsafe on the day of my tour?
Should the sea conditions fail to provide the required level of safety for the tours, our operators reserve the right to cancel the activity. In such cases, the activity may be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.

How do I book a tour?
You can easily make a reservation through our website, by email, or over the phone. We recommend booking early—especially during the busy summer season—to secure your spot.
How much do the tours cost?
Our prices start from €32 per person, depending on the tour type, duration, and included amenities. We also offer special discounts for groups.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Can I pay online?
Yes! We accept secure online payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Our booking system uses full encryption to keep your information safe.
Do you offer group discounts?
